Who We Are

Attorney Dave Hudec graduated from the Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science – Nursing in 1980 and from Marquette University in 1987. He combines his experience from working in surgery as a nurse with his legal experience to persuade the Social Security Disability Administration to grant benefits to those in need. Dave is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives, Wisconsin Bar Association and the Wisconsin Lawyers Assistance Program.

Teresa Romdenne began working in the legal field in 1987. She graduated in 2005 from UW-Whitewater with honors, magna cum laude, receiving her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Science (Legal Studies) and was awarded a Paralegal Certificate. Teresa passed the Social Security examination to become a licensed non-attorney representative in January 2012. There are only a few non-attorney representatives in the State of Wisconsin. Very few people have met the stringent criteria which includes passing the written examination created by the Social Security Administration to test knowledge of all aspects of the disability and SSI programs. She is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives in which she received the designation of an Accredited Disability Representative.
